Option A - For Sale by Owner
Sell your property, commission free! Once you've finished writing your advert, choose to advertise it for 30 days ($50), 90 days ($140), or until it's sold ($250). E-mails from prospective buyers are sent directly to you, but we receive a copy as well so we can help them if they have any questions, or need a mortgage.
Option B - Full Brokerage Representation
Your property is advertised on the site at no cost to you unless we find a buyer. You enter into an Exclusive Brokerage Listing Agreement with us. Currently this option is only available for property located in Florida. Once you have finalised your advert your property will be visible immediately and we will send you the necessary paperwork for your attention.
You can include a website link in your advert, e.g. for a virtual tour. However, this will only be visible on the site if you choose option A. If you choose option B, we will forward the link to those who express interest in the property by e-mail.
